Good to know
Can my dog come into the shop?
Yes, on a leash. There is a water bowl by the door and a treat jar at the counter.
What do I bring to the wash bay?
Just your dog. Shampoo, towels, an apron and the dryer are in the bay, and we clean up after.
Do you take returns on opened food?
Ask us at the counter. If a food does not suit your dog, we will help you find one that does.
Can I order online and pick up?
Yes. Order on the site and collect it at the front counter. We let you know when it is ready.
